The hotel's location is very central. Right next to the train station, all the important points of the city are within walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is very good. The housekeeping is doing their job very well. Breakfast is a buffet, rich and delicious. The reception staff are very friendly and provide all kinds of help and support. We would like to thank all the staff who contributed during our stay.
Absolutely perfect! The staff were so friendly upon arrival it was close to the station, the bed was large and comfy and clean. They even microwaved some ready meals for us - the bar was nice and modern and the staff also lent me an umbrella as it was pouring down outside! with the facility to also leave luggage free of charge I cannot recommend this enough- all the staff need a pay rise. :)
I have stayed here several times now and the service is always exceptional. The breakfast is amazing! Friendly welcoming staff. The rooms are as you would expect from a chain, but unlike some other chains, you can cast your phone to the telly. If you just need to get your head down after a long day, this is the place to do it. Amazing value.
We stay here multiple times a year as the service and facilities are faultless. Staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and in the unlikely event there is an issue it is dealt with quickly. Rooms are always spotless and beds are comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and there is something for everyone. Ideally located near the station where everything is walkable or a short bus ride away. We would highly recommend staying here.

The location is great but the first issue was parking with only a small loading space to drop elderly or disabled people, the closest car park 5 minutes walk & has no lift. The hotel & staff were just great, I loved the breakfast buffet. The rooms & bed very comfortable with everything we needed. Dog friendly.
It was overall a nice experience. I had reasonably long stay here. The location of the hotel is on point. Near to the station and lot of different food options at walking distance. The staff at reception and the housekeeping staff are excellent. Always happy and cheerful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stays in Brighton.
